Managing Your Research
As you conduct research throughout your time as a Virginia Tech student, and beyond, you'll need a system for organizing and managing the articles, books, data, and other resources that you use. Fortunately, there are now tools that can help you do this. Most of these tools will also tie into your word processor (e.g., Microsoft Word) in order to generate citations and full bibliographies for you.
