What is 'text and data mining'?
Text and Data Mining applies automated (computational) methods to identify, gather, select, categorize, analyze, synthesize, and / or vizualize data in order to further knowledge. These methods are often used when attempting to work with information at a large if not massive scale. Data may be routed to a static or dynamic application where further exploration, manipulation, synthesis is conducted.
