Data Visualization Studio

The data visualization studio is a space where biomedical students and researchers can explore various aspects of presenting and visualizing biomedical, life science and health data.  The space will support 1:1 consultations with a data visualization expert, open hours where students and researchers can work collaboratively, and workshops where groups of 15 or less can convene to learn collectively. Within the data visualization space, there will be a PC with popular data visualization and graphic design software to support the needs of biomolecular, life sciences and/or translational researchers. This space may also support consultation and workshops pertaining to Data Analysis and Data Management.   

Collaboration Studio

The Collaboration Studio is a space that supports long-term collaboration and interdisciplinary discovery. Like Newman Library’s Collaboration Studio, this space will bring together students across all health sciences for brainstorming, prototyping and extended project management, and students will have access to this space for semester (or longer) time periods to support team research and project lifecycles.
