Art & Architecture Library: WAAC Library
WAAC Library
The Greg Hunt Library is located in the 1001 Prince Street building, and is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Marlene Koenig, our librarian, manages all operations of the library. Note that the library is non-circulating: you may use books within the library or take them to your desk, but you may not take them home.
Virginia Tech WAAC students may access additional books via Inter-Library Loan (ILL). You may use your VT ILL account to check out books from the VT University Libraries catalog, or from other affiliated libraries. Contact Marlene at mkoenig@vt.edu for more information on creating an account.

Marco Frascari Collection
Available for use by students, faculty, and visiting scholars, the Frascari Collection primarily supports the activities of the Ph.D. Program in Architecture + Design that Marco Frascari founded. The unique collection of more than five thousand volumes includes rare books from the sixteenth century as well as difficult-to-find contemporary publications. This special collection will be preserved to study Frascari’s intellectual contributions to the field. It will also be actively used to promote Frascari’s Macaronic approach to discover original intellectual connections through the juxtaposition of book volumes.
Books from the collection may not be taken out of the library.
