Conduct a Fair Use Analysis:
Thinking Through Fair Use - An interactive website with guidance for each of the four factors - for any consideration of whether a use of a copyrighted work would be 'fair' use. Includes text boxes for your notes and provides the option to save a PDF of your analysis.
The Fair Use App - An Interactive Guide for Filmmakers and Video Creators - This app also addresses fair use and the four factors with a focus on film and video creation. It addresses when you can reuse content, how your choices affect a fair use argument, and when you may wish to consider seeking legal advice for a media project.
