VetTRAC: Citing Sources

Course guide for the summer VetTRAC program.

Although not covered in the "Research the Right Way" session of the VetTRAC program, properly citing and attributing the information and ideas discussed that you include in a paper, presentation, or other form of communication is imperative.

Not only are you giving credit where credit is due, but you're also indicating where your own knowledgebase has been built from, so others can determine if you are a credible source of information!

The 2 videos to the right give some good overviews and information as to how to incorporate outside sources into your work, as well as a few more reasons why it is important to always cite where information is coming from.
