Health Data Tools and Statistics: From Partners in Information Access for the Public Health Workforce, a collaboration of U.S. government agencies, public health organizations and health sciences libraries. NIH Data Sharing Repositories: National Institute of Health-supported data repositories that make data accessible for reuse. Most accept submissions of appropriate data from NIH-funded investigators (and others), but some restrict data submission to only those researchers involved in a specific research network. Also included are resources that aggregate information about biomedical data and information sharing systems.
Dryad: a nonprofit repository for data underlying the international scientific and medical literature.
ICPSR: InterUniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research: The Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) is a membership-based organization providing access to the world's largest archive of computer-based research and instructional data for the social sciences. The archive of data sets includes a broad range of disciplines, including political science, sociology, demography, economics, history, education, gerontology, criminal justice, public health, foreign policy, and law. DataONE: a community driven project providing access to data across multiple member repositories, supporting enhanced search and discovery of Earth and environmental data.
VTechData: a platform for openly publishing datasets or other research products created by Virginia Tech faculty, staff, and students.
