Geriatric Care Online - Provides high-quality, trustworthy information created to ensure that all health care professionals have the latest research on caring for older adults 

Johns Hopkins Antibiotic Guide (ABX Guide) is a resource for healthcare professionals that provides information on infectious diseases and their treatment.
