Hi, I’m Jennifer Nardine, Teaching and Learning Liaison Librarian at Virginia Tech. I received my library Master’s from University of Michigan and my MaEd in Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Tech.

As librarian, I serve as personal liaison for six areas: Performing Arts, Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures, Religion and Culture, Communication, Sociology, and the Academy of Transdisciplinary Studies. As an Assistant Professor, my research interests lie at the intersection of human mental health and information/research activities. My primary drive as a librarian at VT is to encourage curiosity, critical thought, and paradigm-expansion for all.

Beyond the libraries, I’m a former professional, current semi-pro singer; pet parent, and advocate for mental health care services.
