What is Publons?
ResearcherID is the unique identifier for authors in the Web of Science database, owned by Clarivate Analytics, which also calculates and publishes Journal Citation Reports along with their Journal Impact Factors.
You can access and find your ResearcherID on the Web of Science (linked below).
