Other locations served by the VMCVM Vet Med Library

The University Libraries provides access, support, and services to all departments, programs, institutes, and centers that are a part of Virginia Tech.  The Veterinary Medicine (Vet Med) Library, a branch within the University Libraries, provides services and support to the following locations:
 

The Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine's (VMCVM). 

Located in Blacksburg, VA, the VMCVM houses the Vet Med Library.  All services and support listed on our Vet Med Library guide are available at this location. 
 

Animal Cancer Care and Research Center (ACCRC) 

Located in Roanoke, VA, the ACCRC is served by two library locations, the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute Health Sciences and Technology Library (also located in Roanoke) and the Vet Med Library.  Please see our ACCRC guide [coming soon] for more information about the Vet Med Library's services and support for this location. 


Center for One Health Research (COHR)

Located in Blacksburg, VA, COHR has easy access to Newman Library, the University Libraries' main campus library, as well as the Vet Med Library.  Please see our COHR guide [coming soon] for more information about the Vet Med Library's services and support for this location.  We also have a One Health guide [coming soon] with additional assistance for conducting research on One Health topics.

 

Equine Medical Center (EMC)

Located in Leesburg, VA, the EMC houses a small library where materials can be checked out to patrons.  Please see our EMC guide for more information about the Vet Med Library's services and support for this location. 

 

Department of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD)

Located in College Park, faculty, students, and staff at this location are served primarily by the University of Maryland library system, but services from the Vet Med Library are also available.  Please see our UMD guide for more information about about the Vet Med Library's services and support for this location.
