Kiri DeBose

I am currently serving as the Director, Health Sciences Libraries, where I oversee the three Health Sciences Libraries within the University Libraries:

-- Fralin Biomedical Research Institute and Health Sciences & Technology Library
-- Veterinary Medicine Library
-- Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine Library

In this role, my goal is to bring together the services, resources, and spaces that best meet the needs of each of these health sciences communities, while also balancing resources and expertise to provide in-depth services and expertise across the three health sciences libraries.

With a background in Animal Science, I also serve as the Head of the Veterinary Medicine Library and Liaison to the School of Animal Sciences. I support the research, teaching, and outreach activities of each of these community groups.
